How do I book a bay?

Visit any venue page, pick your date and time, choose a bay, and confirm. You'll receive a 4-digit session code to unlock your simulator.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel from your dashboard. Cancellation policies may vary by venue. We recommend cancelling at least 2 hours in advance.

What session durations are available?

We offer 30-minute, 1-hour, 90-minute, and 2-hour sessions. Available durations may vary by venue.

How does the session code work?

After booking, you'll receive a 4-digit code. Enter this on the kiosk at the venue to start your simulator session. The code activates 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

Can I invite friends to my booking?

Absolutely! After booking, you'll see an "Add Players" option where you can invite friends from your friends list or by email.

What membership tiers are available?

We offer multiple tiers with increasing benefits including booking discounts, punch cards for free sessions, and priority bay access. Visit our Membership page for current plans and pricing.

Do members get discounts?

Yes! Members receive a percentage discount on all bookings depending on their tier. Higher tiers also include punch cards that can be redeemed for free 1-hour sessions.

Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel anytime from your profile settings. Your benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What are punch cards?

Punch cards are earned by accumulating play time. Once you complete enough qualifying minutes, you earn a punch card that can be redeemed for a free 1-hour session.

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation and fill in your details. You'll need to verify your email address before making your first booking.

How do I change my profile photo?

Go to Profile Settings and click the upload area next to your current photo. We support JPG, PNG, and WebP formats up to 10MB.

What is the referral program?

Share your unique referral code with friends. When they sign up and complete their first booking, you'll receive a credit toward your next booking and they'll get a welcome discount on their first session.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile Settings, scroll to the Danger Zone section, and confirm with your password. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is Bay24?

Bay24 is a network of premium indoor golf simulator venues. We offer walk-in and reservable bays with top-tier simulator technology, open 24 hours a day.

Do I need my own clubs?

No! Every bay is equipped with a set of clubs you can use for free. Of course, you're welcome to bring your own.

Is it just golf?

While golf is our focus, our simulators also feature other games and experiences like target practice, closest-to-the-pin challenges, and more — great for groups.

Do you serve food and drinks?

Offerings vary by venue. Many of our locations are inside venues that offer food, beverages, and full bar service. Check your local venue page for details.

Is Bay24 suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our simulators are designed for all skill levels. The technology provides instant feedback to help you improve, and our bays are private so there's no pressure.

How accurate are the simulators?

Our simulators use high-speed camera systems and infrared sensors to capture ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, and club path with near-professional accuracy.
