Just finished a 2-hour session working exclusively on my driver. Finally broke 155 mph ball speed consistently! The key was widening my stance by about 2 inches and focusing on keeping my trail foot grounded through impact. Anyone else notice a big difference when they adjusted their stance width?

Okay I need help. I keep topping my 7-iron and I can't figure out why. My ball position looks right (center of stance) but I'm catching it thin almost every time. Any tips? 🙏
HOLE IN ONE on #7 at Pebble Beach!! 🎉🏌️♂️ 167 yards, 9-iron, slight draw into the wind. The simulator went absolutely crazy with the celebration screen. Best feeling ever, even if it's virtual! Who else has gotten an ace on the sim?
Pro tip for anyone who's new here: spend your first few sessions just using the Swing Lab to record baseline data. Don't try to fix everything at once. I made the mistake of changing my grip, stance, AND backswing all in one session. Took me weeks to get back to where I started. Pick ONE thing to improve each session. Track it. The data doesn't lie. 📊
Approach game is finally clicking. 142 yards out, 8-iron, stuck it to 6 feet. The draw is looking money right now 🎯 Been working on keeping my weight forward through the strike and it's made all the difference with iron contact.
Does anyone else play solo late-night sessions? There's something incredibly therapeutic about having an entire Bay24 to yourself at midnight. Just you, your clubs, and Pebble Beach on the screen. No pressure, no rush. 🌙⛳
Quick question — is anyone using specific drills during their Bay24 sessions? I've been doing a "9 to 3" drill (half swings) for the first 15 minutes and it's been a great warm-up. Swing Lab catches every rep so I can review tempo after. Would love to hear what other routines people use!
6 months ago I couldn't break 110. Today I shot a 94 on Torrey Pines South on the simulator. Not a typo. NINETY FOUR. 🥹 Bay24 + Swing Lab changed my game completely. Being able to see my swing on replay after every single shot is like having a coach with you at all times. To everyone who's just starting: stick with it. The improvement comes faster than you think.
Session highlight reel 🎬 Driver: 285 carry, 1° draw. Finally stopped slicing. Approach: 156 yards out, stuck it to 4 feet. Worst shot: Chunked a wedge 30 yards. We don't talk about that one. 😅 The launch monitor data is addicting. I literally spend more time analyzing my numbers after the session than I do swinging.
Ladies who golf — Bay24 has been such a game-changer. No more feeling self-conscious at the driving range. Private bays mean I can practice in peace, make mistakes, and learn at my own pace. Plus the Swing Lab doesn't judge 😂 It just gives me data and lets me improve. If you've been thinking about trying it, just do it. Seriously.
Can we talk about how good the stance cam angle is on Swing Lab? The down-the-line view catches stuff I never noticed before. Look at this — my right elbow is flying out at the top. No wonder my path was coming over the top. Time to fix it!
Just booked a group session with 3 buddies this Friday night. Closest-to-the-pin contest on par 3s, loser buys dinner. This is why golf is the best sport — competition + fun + nobody gets tackled 😂⛳
